Job summary

Uisce Éireann in Ireland is hiring a Store Operative to support Inventory management and stock control within the Store team. You will receive, inspect, store, pick, and deliver items, while strictly following safety procedures and health and safety policies.

Reporting to the Store Supervisor, you will help with stock takes, coordinate with internal customers, and ensure accurate location of stock. A clean driving license and forklift familiarity are valued, with full training provided where

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent required.
• Experience in stores/warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong commitment to health & safety practices.
• Proficient with data entry and basic IT tools; knowledge of ERP beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to policies, procedures and internal controls in the Inventory team.
• Record daily deliveries, inspect goods, and ensure accurate stock locations.
• Pick, assemble and dispatch work orders; assist with stock takes.
• Support safety programmes and use protective equipment as required.
• Collaborate with internal customers and participate in out-of-hours calls if needed.
