Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a P2 Intrinsic Reliability Engineer in Limerick to characterize electrochemical biosensors and magnetoresistive sensors through device reliability testing. The role emphasizes early risk assessment and de-risking of advanced technologies.

You will develop lifetime models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay engaged with industry best practices to ensure product robustness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, physics or materials science (or related field).
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Strong teamwork and communication skills; capable of working independently and in a team.
Knowledge of reliability engineering is a plus.
Experience with Python/JMP for lifetime data modelling is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Engage early in new technology developments to assess technical risks for device design and manufacturing.
De-risk novel electrochemical and semiconductor devices through reliability testing and bespoke stress tests.
Develop statistical lifetime models to evaluate technology robustness.
Collaborate with failure analysis and process teams to locate root causes.
Attend industry reliability conferences and apply state-of-the-art practices.
