Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline is required.
• 0+ years of experience; up to 2 years in financial services/shared services preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with team members and clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced processing & customer service environment.
• Demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving and independent decisions.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, capable of working solo or in a team to meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain quality and accuracy while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new processes and contribute to improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process and settle securities trades using SWIFT, SHADOSUITE, Euroclear, and Citibank.
• Review and monitor clearance of current and aged International Broker-to-Broker and DVP/RVP trades.
• Identify and resolve firm exposure related to International uncleared trades.
• Process International TOA settlements and related tasks.
• Be analytical and solve problems effectively.
• Show willingness to learn about the business and new technologies.
• Be flexible with working hours and shifts.
