We are seeking an experienced project management professional to support planning, management, and governance of complex organizational programs. The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, process optimization, and continuous improvement within a dynamic

Qualifications

• Completed 3rd level education in business administration, project management, information systems or comparable.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in project or project portfolio management (in-house or as a service provider), preferably with relevant certifications (e.g. Scrum Master/Product Owner, PMA/Prince2/PMP).
• Perceptiveness for interdisciplinary processes and analytical thinking skills as well as a high degree of team spirit.
• Strong communication skills with presentation and moderation experience as well as
• Ideally further training and qualifications (e.g. business coach or change management).

Responsibilities

• Promoting and developing internal standards for our organizational projects and the associated project portfolio management.
• Supporting project managers in the planning and management of complex organizational projects.
• Advising management and specialist departments on their project portfolio management.
• Preparation and moderation of project portfolio meetings, workshops and information events relating to project management, as well as further development and coordination of project management training courses.
• Supporting organizational change as part of the digitalization of our internal value chain through sound methodological knowledge of project management, organizational development and process management.
