Qualifications

• Completed higher education in business administration, PM, or information systems.
• At least 2 years of professional PM or portfolio management experience.
• Certifications in Scrum Master/PO, PMP or Prince2 preferred.
• Strong interdisciplinary thinking and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop internal standards for project portfolio management.
• Support planning and management of complex organizational projects.
• Advise management and departments on portfolio management.
• Prepare and moderate portfolio meetings, workshops and training.
• Support organizational change through digitalization of internal processes.
