Qualifications

• Course Eligibility: Bsc or MSc Technology, AI, Automation, BIS or Similar

Responsibilities

• Support the team in maintaining trackers, documents, and project materials related to transformation initiatives
• Assist with coordination of activities across business, operations, and technology partners
• Help prepare materials for updates, reporting, and team reviews
• Contribute to documentation of processes, workflows, and team resources
• Support meeting preparation, note capture, and follow-up on action items
• Assist with data collection and organization to support reporting, metrics, and dashboards
• Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, simplification, standardization, and operational efficiency
• Learn how automation, AI, and digital solutions can support business operations in a global environment

Education
