Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 5 years in engineering leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps and modern development practices.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned to company objectives.
- Lead multiple engineering teams and managers.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across all engineering teams.
- Establish engineering KPIs, delivery metrics and quality standards.
- Partner with Product, Design, QA and Production leadership to drive business outcomes.
