Meili in Dublin seeks an experienced Director of Customer Success to lead our CS function on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You’ll own strategy, coach a growing team of CSMs and partner across Sales, Product and Tech to deliver measurable value to travel partners.

You’ll drive onboarding, retention and renewals, guided by data insights and segmentation to optimise performance and margin while maintaining exceptional customer relationships in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
