Job summary

AECOM in Dublin seeks an Interface Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams across roads, rail and public transport projects. You will manage design interfaces, coordinate contractors and authorities, and ensure delivery to programme, cost and quality.

With 10+ years in interface, construction or project management and a degree in engineering or related field, you will drive standards, risk management and collaboration across the client and wider AECOM team.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in interface, construction, or project management for major infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction interfaces across packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects on time, on budget and to quality.
• Coordinate interfaces between contracts, systems and stakeholders for integrated delivery.
• Act as primary contact with clients, contractors and authorities (e.g., TII, NTA, Local Authorities).
• Support and coach engineers, contributing to AECOM’s growth culture.
• Prepare and review design submissions, technical reports, and tender documentation in line with Irish/EU standards.
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to inform design and construction processes.
• Ensure HSSEQ compliance and deliverables to scope, time, cost and quality.
