Job summary

Uisce Éireann's Intelligent Control Centre Business Support Lead role focuses on governance, planning and coordinating ICC operations across assets, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory alignment.

Reporting to the ICC Business Support Manager, you will provide strategic and operational support, own performance frameworks, coordinate cross‑functional activities and drive continuous improvement to enhance service reliability across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of water and wastewater operations and governance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Strong analytical, planning and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ICC business support activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Establish governance processes including performance reviews, risk tracking and decision logs.
• Prepare reports, presentations and management information for senior management.
• Ensure ICC activities align with policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Own ICC performance frameworks including KPIs and dashboards.
• Coordinate planning activities and budget tracking.
• Provide cross-functional coordination across ICC priorities.
• Identify process improvements and support transformation initiatives.
