Job summary

Uisce Éireann seeks an Intelligent Control Centre Business Support Lead to provide strategic and operational support for ICC operations. You will ensure governance, coordination and expansion of ICC activities across assets, acting as the central liaison between ICC and operational teams to enable safe, efficient and consistent delivery.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Familiarity with telemetry and automation.
• Understanding of operational alarm management principles in control environments.
• Strong governance, performance management and reporting skills.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business support activities for the Integrated Control Centre, ensuring consistency, accuracy and timeliness.
• Establish and maintain governance processes including business rhythms, performance reviews, risk tracking and decision logs.
• Support senior management with preparation of reports, presentations and management information.
• Ensure ICC activities align with organisational policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Own ICC performance frameworks, including KPIs and dashboards.
• Coordinate planning activities, budgeting and workforce planning inputs.
• Analyse performance trends, risks and dependencies and provide clear insights to management.
• Support benefits tracking and value realisation for ICC initiatives and change programmes.
• Act as a key interface between ICC, operational teams and corporate functions.
• Drive process improvement and standardisation of ways of working within the ICC.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ICC business support resources.
