Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences in Whitby, ON seeks a permanent, full-time Integrated Director for Mental Health, Community Programs and Services. The role leads planning, development, and delivery of specialized mental health programs across partner hospitals and community settings.

The IMHCPS will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive quality standards, oversee budgets, and work with regional leaders to ensure seamless care.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in one of the social or health sciences.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading large, complex health teams.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Experience in strategic change management across institutions.
• Regulated health professional with registration in good standing with the appropriate college.
• Experience developing budgets, financial justifications, logic models, outcome metrics, and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated experience leading the development, writing, submission, and management of grant applications and funding requests.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operational management of the specialized clinical program(s) in hospitals.
• Provide supervision to management and staff while maintaining positive working relationships with unions.
• Lead training, education and professional development of staff.
• Oversee system-wide patient care transitions across hospitals and community programs.
• Operationalize Ontario Health priority projects, including coordinated access and centralized intake.
• Collaborate with Integrated Regional Directors to facilitate seamless transitions of services.
