Job summary

You will manage insurance data, renewals, and collaborate with internal finance and external brokers to ensure timely invoicing and policy updates.

The role requires strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, MS Office mastery, and familiarity with Power BI and Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with insurance renewal activities with brokers.
• Maintain insurance schedules and update underwriting data.
• Collaborate with internal finance and external parties for invoicing and policy updates.
• Advise insurers of incidents and potential claims; review coverage for accuracy.
• Support the insurance dashboard and respond to regulatory or client requests.
