Job summary

PartnerRe is seeking a capable analyst to assist in the day-to-day operations of our insurance programs, including onboarding new programs, data quality analysis, and reporting accuracy.

You will collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance and regulatory reporting teams to improve processes, monitor data quality, and support timely premium collections and financial reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in direct insurance operations are preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in direct insurance operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with data handling skills.
  • Experience with Excel, databases and SQL.
  • Good oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze MGA data and document reporting timeliness and quality including program-specific modifications by underwriting, actuarial, financial, claims, and regulatory reporting.
  • Monitor error catching reports and collaborate with underwriting and management to resolve issues.
  • Assist in analysis of policy/transaction data across programs to aid in resolving accounts payables/receivables issues.

Job Summary

Aid in management of day-to-day operations of PartnerRe’s insurance programs including onboarding of new programs, analyzing data quality and reporting, helping to ensure financial reporting accuracy, analyzing premium collections at the policy/transaction level, and recommending process changes as warranted for continuous improvement.

About The Role
  • Analyze MGA data and document reporting timeliness and quality including all required program specific modifications by underwriting, actuarial, financial, claims, and regulatory reporting
  • Monitor error catching reports and work with underwriting and management to resolve
  • Help in analysis of policy/transaction data between programs and other departments within the broader organization to aid in resolving accounts payables and receivables issues
Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of insurance financial statements
  • Process analysis experience
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience managing and manipulating large data sets
  • Working knowledge of Excel, databases, and SQL
  • Experience with technology requirements documenting
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of our internal organization and our external business partners
  • 5+ years’ experience in direct insurance operations
  • Experience working with program managers
  • Client interaction/customer service experience
  • Process analysis experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major
