Job summary

AXIS Capital in Dublin seeks a Compliance Analyst to join the Compliance team. You will report to the Head of Compliance and gain exposure to diverse regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions within an international insurer.

You will work closely with senior leaders, support regulatory applications, and contribute to policy reviews while developing your career in a global insurance business.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a Compliance function within insurance or related field.
• Degree-level education in Law, Business, Compliance or related area.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory and governance support across compliance scope.
• Assist with Ireland and UK regulatory frameworks and licences.
• Manage compliance queries and document reviews; support policy updates.
