Personal Lines Executive – Hybrid (Sligo)

Salary: €37,000 DOE + Bonus

Type: Full-time | Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Sligo office

An established and growing insurance brokerage is seeking a Personal Lines Executive to join their team on a hybrid basis, requiring 2 days per week in their Sligo office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, flexible working environment, managing a portfolio of new business and renewals across Personal Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming enquiries, quotations, and renewals for Personal Lines policies.
• Provide exceptional service to both new and existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
• Contribute to business development and team performance targets.

Requirements:

• APA-qualified in Insurance (CIP is an advantage).
• Broker experience in Personal Lines is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
