Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION in Dublin seeks a collaborative Institutional Client Relationship Manager to support senior colleagues in managing a portfolio of institutional clients and to deliver high-quality service throughout the client lifecycle.

You will interact with investment consultants, trustees and internal teams, coordinating onboarding, reviews and communications to deepen client partnerships and ensure delivery against objectives.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Typically 5 years of experience within financial services, preferably including institutional client service or relationship management.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system is desirable.
• An investment-related postgraduate or professional qualification, or progress towards one, is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support senior relationship managers in managing a portfolio of institutional client relationships, delivering responsive service and strong client outcomes.
• Build effective relationships with client stakeholders, investment consultants, trustees and other contacts under guidance of senior colleagues.
• Coordinate client onboarding and mandate implementation by tracking deliverables and maintaining clear communications.
• Develop understanding of client objectives and servicing requirements to support retention and development.
• Maintain knowledge of State Street Investment Management products, strategies and capabilities and communicate information clearly.
• Prepare for and participate in investment reviews, due diligence meetings and client presentations, coordinating materials with investment and product specialists.
• Maintain complete client information in Salesforce, including meeting notes and opportunities.
• Support anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements during onboarding and throughout the lifecycle.
• Demonstrate risk excellence by supporting governance and regulatory compliance.
