Job summary

Rexel Ballymount is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a busy, supportive team. You’ll source new sales from inbound leads, work directly with potential customers to understand their needs, and ensure the number of closed sales is maximized throughout the year.

Driving license is required. The role focuses on fast, accurate product recommendations and handling orders from professionals, with emphasis on electrical wholesale knowledge.

Qualifications

• Electrical wholesale experience is mandatory.
• Electrical product knowledge.
• Must be computer literate.
• A full driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Taking calls and working Inside sales orders.
• Processing Quotations for Customers.
• Working as part of an experienced Sales Team.
• Involvement in all aspects of the business on site.
• Grow sales from existing accounts as well as proactively looking for new business and new accounts.
• Working closely with the Sales development Team and Branch Manager to maximise sales and margin.
• Act as an extension of the outside sales force to proactively grow electrical product sales, handle customer enquiries, process orders and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Secure market level pricing feedback from customers and provide timely price quotations and/or proposals.
• Price, procure/place orders, handle claims and returned goods, and manage accounts.
• Any other duties as required.
• Electrical Wholesale experience is mandatory
• Electrical Product knowledge
• Must be computer literate
• A full driving licence is essential.
