Job summary

You will support development and implementation of production methods and controls for moulding processes, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure GMP compliance. Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Experience with SIM/RJG process set-up is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new tools with trials at toolmakers and in-house setup.
• Assist with design and debugging of systems, tooling and automation.
• Complete IQ, OQ and PQ validation reports.
• Perform experiments to improve yields and cycle times.
• Maintain moulding process controls and deviation management.
• Troubleshoot moulding processes and support production teams.
