Job summary

Link-Force Ltd seeks a Quantity Surveyor for ongoing Kilkelly, Mayo infrastructure projects. You will manage cost estimation, budgets, and contractual documentation, ensuring projects stay within financial targets and supporting procurement and negotiations with suppliers and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have proven QS experience in infrastructure or civil projects, solid knowledge of contractual procedures, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Excellent knowledge of contractual and commercial procedures.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, tendering, and cost control processes.
• Experience in handling procurement and contractual negotiations.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
