Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, manage budgets and resources, and apply risk management. The role emphasizes AI-enabled planning and standardized governance to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex infrastructure programs with multi-program plans, dependencies, and timelines.
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance including prioritisation and milestone management.
• Break down objectives into tasks and activities with clear execution paths across workstreams.
• Own portfolio-level risk and issue management, mitigate cross-program risks and roadblocks.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product groups, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor execution, adjust plans and resources, provide status updates and executive-ready insights.
• Standardise operating cadence (RAID, logs, dependency tracking) and mentor others.
• Promote AI-assisted governance and reporting with human validation where needed.
