Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to own day-to-day IT at the Dublin site, covering on-premises and Azure cloud. You will run end-user computing, networks, storage, and security while collaborating with the IT leadership.

The role requires 3+ years in infrastructure, strong troubleshooting ability, and experience with ITSM processes and external vendors. Occasional UK travel and remote support across ROI/UK regions are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure support.
• Strong experience across on-premise and public cloud environments, ideally Azure.
• Demonstrable experience managing business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the IT infrastructure across the Dublin site (switches, firewalls, access points, computers, storage).
• Support BAU operations and key technology projects in collaboration with the Head of IT Infrastructure.
• Maintain and improve cybersecurity, IAM controls, and service monitoring.
• Document infrastructure changes and procedures; support external audits and risk management.
