Vardis Cleaning seeks an experienced Industrial Working Supervisor to lead a specialist cleaning team in Dublin. This hands-on role combines supervision with performing industrial cleaning tasks to high standards.

You will ensure safety, deliver quality service, and manage client relationships while supporting ongoing training and equipment operation. The position is full-time with career progression within a growing division.

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence – essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate industrial and specialist cleaning teams.
• Carry out hands-on industrial and specialist cleaning duties.
• Inspect completed works and ensure high standards are maintained.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety procedures.
• Operate and oversee the safe use of specialist cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Carry out power washing and professional window cleaning, including Reach & Wash.
• Lead and motivate team members effectively.
• Be flexible regarding working hours and operational requirements.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Working Supervisor to join our growing specialist cleaning team on a full-time basis.

This is a hands‑on role for a motivated and experienced individual who can confidently supervise a team while also carrying out specialist and industrial cleaning works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning operations, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard, and maintaining excellent customer service and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate industrial and specialist cleaning teams
• Carry out hands‑on industrial and specialist cleaning duties
• Inspect completed works and ensure high standards are maintained
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety procedures
• Operate and oversee the safe use of specialist cleaning equipment and machinery
• Carry out power washing and professional window cleaning, including Reach & Wash
• Support specialist floor cleaning and restoration works
• Identify and report any issues, damages, or health and safety concerns
• Ensure company procedures and client requirements are followed
• Lead and motivate team members effectively
• Maintain a professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues
• Be flexible regarding working hours and operational requirements

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience within cleaning or facilities management
• Strong industrial and specialist cleaning experience
• Full clean driving licence – essential
• Manual Handling and Safe Pass
• MEWP certification and/or practical experiencePower washing experience
• Professional window cleaning experience, including Reach & Wash
• Experience using industrial cleaning machinery
• Strong knowledge and awareness of health and safety procedures
• Ability to supervise works and inspect completed standards
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Floor restoration experience is an advantage
• Additional relevant industry qualifications are desirable
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Ireland
