Job summary

FARRAN PLANT HIRE LIMITED in Ireland requires 3 experienced Industrial/Commercial Pipefitters to install, assemble, maintain and repair pipework systems following engineering drawings, specifications and health and safety requirements.

You will read drawings, measure and cut, fit and secure pipes, install services such as water, heating and air, perform pressure and leak tests, and collaborate with welders and engineers on construction projects.

Qualifications

• Industrial/Commercial/Mechanical pipefitter experience
• Ability to read technical/engineering drawings
• Trade qualification or substantial relevant experience desirable
• Minimum 2 years’ pipefitting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble and maintain pipework systems in line with drawings and specs
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and pipework layouts
• Measure, cut, and assemble pipes; fit and secure components
• Carry out pressure and leak testing; ensure safety compliance
