Regeneron Ireland in Raheen, Limerick, is seeking a Training Specialist to join our Industrial Operations & Product Supply (IOPS) team. This full-time onsite role focuses on employee development, onboarding, and training program delivery across IOPS functions.

You will create materials, assess readiness, coordinate onboarding plans, and collaborate with subject matter experts while maintaining training records and supporting site metrics and compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Life Sciences, Education, Training & Development, or related field.
• 2+ years in biotech/pharma training preferred for Training Specialist.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, on-the-job, and administrative training across IOPS roles.
• Assess employee readiness and support qualification for core responsibilities.
• Develop onboarding and training materials to support growth.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and cross-training opportunities.
• Maintain training records and support compliance with training requirements.
