Job summary

Regeneron Ireland is seeking a Technical Training Program Specialist to join the Technical Training team within IOPS. This full-time onsite role in Raheen, Limerick focuses on developing employees, supporting GMP compliance, and enabling operational success through effective learning solutions.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support training and compliance initiatives, maintain curricula, and deploy training content across processes.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• For Associate Program Specialist: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• For Program Specialist: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• For Senior Program Specialist: 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting training programs, learning systems, GMP compliance, or regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to support GMP training compliance and documentation requirements.
• Facilitate technical training programs and organizational learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain training materials, curricula, and learning resources.
• Coordinate the development of on-the-job training content, task evaluations, work instructions, and job aids.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and gap assessments to support employee development.
• Maintain and update role-based training curricula and training matrices.
• Support the deployment of training content for new and revised processes through IOPS quality systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve training programs, materials, and processes.
• Monitor training compliance and provide reports and insights to support business objectives.
• Utilize learning management systems to manage training activities, maintain records, and support site metrics.
• Support GMP training activities, audits, inspections, change controls, and other quality system initiatives as required.
