Job summary
Vardis Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced Industrial Cleaning Operative to join our growing specialist division on a full-time basis. You will bring practical expertise in industrial cleaning, power washing, window and floor care to a high standard while upholding strict health and safety practices.
Work is full-time with flexible hours, competitive salary circa €35,000, and opportunities for ongoing training and progression within our expanding Dublin operation.
Qualifications
- Previous industrial or specialist cleaning experience.
- Experience with power washing.
- Professional window cleaning / Reach & Wash experience.
- Experience with carpet and specialist floor cleaning.
- Experience using industrial cleaning machinery.
- Experience carrying out deep and specialist cleaning works.
- Ability to work safely across commercial and industrial environments.
- Full clean driving licence – essential.
- Manual Handling and Safe Pass are highly desirable.
- MEWP certification and/or experience is an advantage.
- Additional relevant industry qualifications are an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Carry out industrial and specialist cleaning duties to a high standard.
- Perform power washing and deep cleaning works.
- Carry out professional window cleaning, including Reach & Wash.
- Complete carpet and specialist floor cleaning.
- Operate industrial cleaning machinery safely and correctly.
- Carry out specialist cleaning works across commercial and industrial environments.
- Follow cleaning schedules, company procedures, and client requirements.
- Ensure all equipment and cleaning products are used safely.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns to management.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Be flexible regarding working hours and operational requirements.

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Cleaning Operative to join our growing specialist cleaning team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will have practical experience across industrial and specialist cleaning services and will be responsible for completing a variety of cleaning tasks to a high standard while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety.
