Job summary

Kids Inc. is seeking a qualified Early Years Educator (AIM Support) to join Appleblossom Creche on a 30-hour fixed-term contract. The role focuses on supporting inclusion and participation in the ECCE programme.

You will help children engage in curriculum, routines and play while promoting independence, confidence, and development in a safe, nurturing environment. Applicants should have QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education, fluent English, and a passion for inclusive early years

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education is required.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Positive, patient, and supportive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support children to participate fully in the ECCE programme and daily routines.
• Provide additional support to promote inclusion, independence, and engagement.
• Support children's learning and development through play-based experiences.
• Support children's development across physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and language areas.
• Create a safe, caring, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children.
• Observe children's interests and needs and adapt activities as required.
• Work with other Early Years Educators to support the curriculum and routines.
