Job summary

Panda, a leading waste management company, in Dublin, seeks a Legal Executive for its in-house Legal Department. The role focuses on personal injury and defence litigation, with exposure to general commercial matters, supporting an in-house solicitor and engaging with insurers, experts, and senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload, draft routine correspondence, and maintain litigation files, while developing broad exposure within a multinational organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as a Legal Executive, Legal PA or Legal Secretary, preferably in a litigation environment.
• Strong experience in personal injury, commercial or defence litigation.
• Experience preparing court documents and knowledge of the Irish courts system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and progression of a busy personal injury and general defence litigation caseload.
• Prepare court and trial documents including pleadings, hearing booklets and briefs for counsel.
• Manage litigation diaries, deadlines, motions, and hearings; coordinate appointments with experts and external solicitors.
