Job summary

Fifty5Blue is hiring field technicians to install and maintain metering equipment in panel homes across Ireland. You will travel regionally in a company car and perform precise installations, testing data accuracy, and remote support activities from home.

This is a full-time contract position based in the field. You will engage with panelists, ensure quality service, and collaborate with the Ops team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship building and communication skills with internal partners and panel members.
• Polite and professional customer service with a positive problem-solving attitude.
• Collaborative team player who can lend a hand when needed.
• Willingness to travel regionally within the Republic of Ireland and drive a company car.
• Full driving licence with limited points (company vehicle provided).
• CRB check documentation may be required.
• Prepared to work some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain metering equipment and software in panel homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and be part of a team delivering a standout experience for panel members.
• Educate and encourage panel members in the accurate use of metering equipment.
• Work with Ops teams to meet SLAs and project deadlines.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues; liaise with Panel Service for efficient service.
• Log panel home activity accurately and manage stock levels of metering equipment.
