Fifty5Blue is hiring field technicians to install and maintain metering equipment in panel homes across Ireland. You will travel regionally in a company car and perform precise installations, testing data accuracy, and remote support activities from home.
This is a full-time contract position based in the field. You will engage with panelists, ensure quality service, and collaborate with the Ops team to meet deadlines.

Overview: Fifty5Blue has been awarded the contract to deliver the Television Audience Measurement service in the Republic of Ireland from January 2028. As part of this, we will build a new panel to measure television consumption across the Republic of Ireland, using our state-of-the-art metering technology and backend systems to deliver high-quality, accurate data to the industry every day. Our Field Technicians play a key role in our operational delivery. Technicians are the face of Fifty5Blue to our panelists, representing Fifty5Blue to the outside world. They are responsible for installing and maintaining our TV, Broadband and Software metering equipment in panelist homes; and testing the accuracy of the data from the installed equipment and software. Travelling regionally, in a company car, our Techs are fully trained in the installation and maintenance processes and deliver flawless client-centric service.
Installing and maintaining metering equipment and software in panel homes Providing outstanding customer service with integrity; and being part of a team that delivers a standout experience for our panel members Educating and encouraging panel members in the accurate use and care of the metering equipment Working with our wider operational teams to ensure SLAs and project deadlines are met on time Investigating and trouble-shouting any issues Liaising with the Panel Service team to ensure efficient service to panelists Accurately logging and reporting panel home activity Working in collaboration with the rest of the Ops team to maintain accurate stock levels of metering equipment as required
Communication - Excellent relationship building and communication skills with internal partners and panel members Innovative with a continuous improvement attitude Customer service and problem solving - polite and professional manner with a positive attitude towards problem solving Collaboration a Teammate who is happy to lend a hand when needed Proactive, self-motivator and the ability to work autonomously in a remote role Understanding of TV and peripheral technology desirable but not crucial Demonstrable experience of working in domestic environments Prepared to drive regionally within the Republic of Ireland A full driving licence with no more than 6 points (a company vehicle is provided) C.R.B check documentation May be required to work some weekends
