The Galway Simon Community seeks a Team Leader for the County Community Housing Service. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage casework and lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver safe, client-centered supports in line with best practice.

You will drive service development, ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards Framework for Homeless Services, and work closely with external agencies to secure housing and supports for clients across County Galway.

Qualifications

• CORU registration or a Level 7 degree in relevant field (healthcare/social care/psychology).
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in care setting.
• Full driving licence; access to own vehicle.
• Proven ability to work in a team, leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent admin, advocacy, and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and case management for Homeless Services in County Galway.
• Lead and motivate staff and volunteers to ensure safe, high-quality services.
• Develop and implement service improvements and policy alignment.
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards Framework for Homeless Services.
• Manage rosters, budgets and performance targets; supervise staff and volunteers.
• Represent Galway Simon Community at meetings and maintain confidentiality.
