Qualifications

• CORU Registered (SCW).
• Full Irish driving licence required.
• Flexibility for both Day/Night Shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support with daily living skills and personal development.
• Promote independence and decision-making.
• Deliver person-centred care plans.
• Administer and record prescribed medication.
• Take on Key Worker responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Work closely with the MDT to support service owners' goals.
• Document and report incidents and complaints.

Skills

Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations

Excellent written and spoken English

Education

Minimum Level 5 qualification in Social / Health Care Studies
