Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is desirable but training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Driver's license preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents following the agreed procedures
• Maintaining all centre public car park areas during trading hours
• Dealing with spillages
• Emptying waste bins
• Servicing entrances and exits
• Maintaining designated external areas
• Use of rotary and scrubber drier machinery
