Job summary

Dovida Ireland is seeking a General Manager to drive the Leopardstown branch (Dublin 18) growth and operational excellence. You will work with the regional manager and lead a team to achieve monthly targets while building strong client relationships and ensuring policy adherence.

The role requires a 3rd level qualification in business or related field, excellent communication, and the ability to plan and execute projects end-to-end. Office-based in Dublin 18 with a focus on delivering results.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Business / Social Care / Healthcare preferable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and respond effectively.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise daily, monthly and yearly work.

Responsibilities

• Work with regional manager and your team to achieve monthly growth targets and development objectives.
• Lead a successful and effective team.
• Be strong interpersonally and drive excellent client relationships.
• Be a dynamic, motivated & driven individual focused on achieving targets.
• Drive improved performance of the office across key performance measures.
• Have a good understanding of financial statements and IT, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
