Job summary

Caremark Meath and Louth is seeking a Field Care Supervisor based at our Ashbourne Office in Ireland. You will drive operational excellence, oversee Care & Support Workers, and ensure high standards of person-centred care in the field.

You will report to the Care Manager and work a fixed rota from Tuesday to Saturday, 8.00-12.00 and 16.30-20.30, totaling 40 hours per week. A comprehensive benefits package including a company car, mobile phone, and tablet is provided.

Qualifications

• Good level of English written and spoken.
• Level 5 Healthcare qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in designated care areas.
• Monitor and support Care & Support Workers and clients.
• Allocate schedules, ensure best practices, and oversee field operations.
• Balance field work (about 95%) with essential admin in the office (about 5%).
