Job summary

Okta Ireland is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales leads and set meetings for our cloud security solutions. You will partner with Account Executives and Marketing to fuel the pipeline and achieve quotas.

Ideal candidates have prospecting experience, target-driven mindset, Salesforce familiarity, and fluent English and French. Onsite onboarding in San Francisco is part of the program; competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous prospecting experience.
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs under time pressure is a plus.
• Salesforce.com experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and self-starting attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Uncover and approach prospects to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a territory.
• Research and build accounts with contacts and emails.
• Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
• Evangelize Okta and the On-Demand mode.
• Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
