Job summary

Deloitte Ireland is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management leader to drive transformational programmes for enterprise environments. You will engage in presales, shape solutions, and deliver governance across RBAC, SoD and access certification, leveraging SailPoint, Saviynt and Okta.

You will architect modern authentication, SSO, MFA and federation, and guide deployment of Privileged Access Management with CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust or Microsoft Entra PIM.

Qualifications

• Proven IAM experience with advisory, architecture and delivery across IAM, IGA and PAM.
• Presales and RFP experience shaping solutions during sales cycles and translating requirements into proposals.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, Joiner/Mover/Leaver, SoD, access certification and recertification campaigns.
• Experience across RFC and modern authentication platforms including SSO, MFA and federation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect large-scale IAM transformation programmes defining strategy and roadmaps.
• Engage with clients during presales, RFP responses and solutioning to translate requirements into architectures.
• Design and deliver Identity Governance & Administration including RBAC, Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and access certification campaigns.
• Implement modern authentication solutions including SSO, MFA, Federation and Microsoft Entra ID governance.
• Architect and deploy Privileged Access Management using CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust or Microsoft Entra PIM.
• Mentor junior consultants and architects, fostering technical excellence and learning.

We offer a competitive starting salary of €90,000.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise.

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

• Proven success leading large-scale IAM transformation programmes and bring strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated client-facing consulting experience.
• Critically, you possess hands‑on presales and RFP experience-the ability to shape solutions during the sales cycle, articulate value propositions, and translate client requirements into compelling technical proposals.
• Your background spans Identity Governance & Administration, Privileged Access Management, and modern authentication platforms, with delivery experience across leading platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta.
• Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Access certification and recertification campaigns, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Federation, Microsoft Entra ID

What type of work will I be doing?

• Lead and architect large-scale IAM transformation programmes, defining strategy, roadmaps, and implementation approaches for complex enterprise environments
• Engage directly with clients during presales, RFP responses, and solutioning phases-translating business requirements into technical architectures and winning proposals
• Design and deliver Identity Governance & Administration solutions, including role-based access control, joiner/mover/leaver processes, segregation of duties, and access certification campaigns
• Implement modern authentication solutions including Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Federation, and Microsoft Entra ID governance
• Architect and deploy Privileged Access Management solutions using platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Entra PIM
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
• Manage stakeholder relationships across technical, business, and executive levels, ensuring alignment and driving adoption of IAM best practices
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovation and thought leadership to client engagements
