Job summary

RecruitNet International Ltd is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Clinical Facilitator for the Intensive Care Unit in our Cork hospital. This full-time, permanent role provides clinical leadership, governance, and expert patient care in a high-acuity ICU setting.

You will mentor and educate ICU staff, coordinate multidisciplinary education, maintain accurate documentation, and drive quality improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Be a Registered General Nurse with active NMB registration.
• Experience in Intensive Care Nursing and cardiothoracic settings preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and change management capabilities.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
• Up-to-date knowledge of ICU practices and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to ICU nursing staff.
• Facilitate education, training and competency development.
• Act as clinical expert and resource in critical care.
