Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking an ICC Delivery Technical Lead to drive key initiatives within the Target Operating Model and Intelligent Control Centre. You will manage cross-functional project delivery, monitor risks, and ensure governance across multiple teams while shaping safer, smarter water services for Ireland.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage stakeholders across functions to deliver value and continual improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years' project delivery experience, with at least 3 years in PM or team leadership.
• Third-level qualification in Business, IT, Engineering, Operations, or similar.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2) would be advantageous.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects with complex stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• We work well with others and can influence stakeholders.
• We aim high and manage tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a portfolio of IOM and ICC projects from initiation to closeout.
• Drive service excellence and continuous improvement within the IOM team.
• Develop and manage project scope, plans, resources, budgets, and schedules.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Ensure procurement and governance compliance throughout lifecycles.
• Oversee technical system design activities, including specs and testing.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, providers, and partners.
• Lead multi-discipline delivery teams across process, tech, change, and project delivery.
• Manage project budgets and governance for expenditure.
• Provide leadership to promote cross-functional delivery.
• Support quality management processes and operational controls.
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making and risk reduction.
