Uisce Éireann in Ireland is seeking a Water Operations Delivery Technical Lead to drive national water operations programmes, overseeing the inspection, maintenance, and service delivery from source to tap.
Reporting to the Water Operations Delivery Manager, you will develop change plans, set performance metrics, and build strong stakeholder relationships to embed improvements while ensuring health, safety and regulatory compliance.

The Asset Operations function forms the cornerstone of service delivery to customers, protecting the environment and meeting regulatory standards as well as managing the majority of operational expenditure. The Asset Operations function has responsibility for operational and maintenance strategy, policies, planning and standard operating procedures for Water and Wastewater operations both nationally and regionally, ensuring that value for money and customer service is delivered.
The Water Operations & Maintenance team are responsible for the national delivery of water operational services through the operation, inspection, maintenance & repair of the water treatment and network assets (source to tap), whilst focusing on managing health and safety, preventing customer impact, reducing leakage, and improving the performance and efficiency of our water services.
Reporting to the Water Operations Delivery Manager, the Water Operations Delivery Technical Lead is responsible for the development and delivery of programmes of work and managing the resolution of Water Operations issues as they arise.
