Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior Manager for Identity & Access Management (IAM) in Dublin City Centre. The role combines technical delivery with strategic development of the IAM offering, delivering complex IAM projects for major Irish organisations.

You will lead delivery, leverage Microsoft Entra ID, and expand service offerings while engaging with senior stakeholders and shaping GTM strategies.

Qualifications

8+ years' experience delivering complex IAM solutions.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft identity technologies, especially Entra ID.
Experience with SailPoint, Okta or Saviynt.
Understanding of PAM and wider identity security.
Experience in consulting or professional services with GTM strategy or proposition development.
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and translating technical challenges into practical solutions.
Proactive, commercially minded with end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex IAM solutions for enterprise clients.
Bring strong technical expertise across the Microsoft identity ecosystem, particularly Entra ID.
Shape and develop IAM service offerings and identify opportunities to grow the practice.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and support business development.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and advise on solutions.
Work across IAM landscape including IGA and PAM.
