Hunter Philips Executive Search is seeking two Mechanical Design Engineers to support hyperscale data centre delivery across Europe. The roles offer remote working with very occasional site visits and an ASAP start on a 6-month rolling contract.

Candidates must have proven data centre design experience and be eligible for EU travel. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating mechanical designs, supporting cooling and HVAC infrastructure, and delivering documentation and calculations in

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical design engineering experience on hyperscale Data Centre projects.
• Experience delivering projects for AWS, Microsoft, Google or Meta.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary MEP designs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coordinate mechanical engineering designs for hyperscale Data Centre projects.
• Support the design of cooling, HVAC, chilled water and associated mechanical infrastructure.
• Produce and review mechanical design documentation, drawings, specifications and calculations.
• Coordinate mechanical design packages with electrical, architectural and other engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical support throughout the Design & Build process, including construction and commissioning.
