Job summary

Quorum Search Partners is seeking a Hygiene Product Manager to own and grow the hygiene product portfolio across Ireland and the UK. The role focuses on identifying new product opportunities and leading development, collaborations with sales, and launching innovative hygiene solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical sales or product management within industrial chemicals or related sectors, with strong commercial awareness and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, product management or category management.
• Background in industrial chemicals, hygiene, water treatment, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical or related B2B sector.
• Strong commercial and customer relationship management skills.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage with production, engineering, quality and hygiene teams.
• Experience with product development, contract manufacturing, toll blending or supplier management is advantageous.
• Relevant degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, Business or related discipline is desirable.

Our client is a successful & rapidly growing business providing specialist products and services across industrial hygiene, water treatment and environmental solutions.

With ambitious growth plans across Ireland and the UK, they are looking for a commercially driven Hygiene Product Manager to develop and grow their hygiene portfolio.

This is a significant opportunity to lead the development and launch of a new portfolio of industrial hygiene products.
