Conaty Food and Catering Supplies is seeking a Hygiene Specialist to join our Sales team. The role conducts on-site hygiene audits at customer premises to assess cleaning practices, product usage, compliance standards and documentation processes, translating audit findings into tailored product and service recommendations.

You will collaborate with the Sales Team, identify value‑adding solutions, develop improvement plans and support pipeline development while building long‑term customer

Qualifications

• Experience in hygiene auditing, environmental health, food safety, facilities management, or related field.
• Proven track record in sales and relationship management.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation systems and application methods.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to target industries.
• Experience conducting site inspections and producing formal reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret standards and translate them into practical actions.
• Full driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Conduct structured hygiene audits at customer locations.
• Engage with sales representatives to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for service or product enhancement.
• Review cleaning products in use and assess suitability, effectiveness, and cost‑efficiency.
• Evaluate cleaning methods, frequency schedules, and application techniques.
• Inspect hygiene‑critical areas for regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Identify contamination risks, inefficiencies and non‑compliance issues.
• Provide practical recommendations to close compliance gaps and present findings to customer management teams.
