Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. is seeking a Value Stream Programme Manager in Dublin to coordinate the Customer and Consumer programme across multiple teams. The role focuses on resource planning, governance and timely delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with Business and IT needs.

You will partner with Product Managers to ensure clear assignments, manage risks, and report progress to senior management, while supporting roadmap planning for 6, 12 and 18 month horizons in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Computer Science, IT) or equivalent experience.
• Industry certifications highly desirable (e.g. Agile Methodologies).
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager and/or equivalent roles managing complex Business/IT programmes/projects.
• Experience coaching geographically and culturally diverse teams.
• Ability to influence and manage senior Business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate both Project and BAU delivery across Customer and Consumer team to ensure effective resource planning, governance and reporting.
• Develop clear plans for programme/workstream objectives and anticipate challenges.
• Guide outputs with Product Managers to ensure sign-off and consistent deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties to plan, manage and execute projects.
• Track delivery progress and prepare status reports for senior management.
