Job summary

CSC in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Transaction Analyst for a full-time, permanent hybrid role (3 days onsite). Working hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm. The salary range is €35,000–€45,000, depending on experience.

The role involves coordinating transactions within Global Capital Markets, reviewing documentation, ensuring settlements, reconciling bank statements, and preparing cash management reports. Strong communication, attention to detail, and IT literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Legal, Finance or Business degree, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services/Capital Markets.
• Knowledge of financial markets and products, and experience using SWIFT and other payments systems for confirming and settling those products.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• IT literate.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload, agree to and meet deadlines, and use good judgement to make sound decisions.
• Planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversight of transactions within the Specialist Services division of Global Capital Markets, focusing on governance, compliance, and administration.
• Review legal documentation and liaise with investors, arrangers, lawyers, and other transaction parties.
• Ensure settlement of confirmed trades within market deadlines and authorize approved settlements and other payments.
• Reconcile daily bank statements and follow up with counterparties on unreconciled items.
• Assist Senior Analysts with management of bank account cash positions and preparation of relevant Cash Management Reports.
• Liaise with other in‑house departments and external clients to ensure accurate and timely settlement of all transactions.
• Develop and maintain waterfall/IPD reporting throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Input, validate and confirm a range of Treasury related products including loan rollovers, money market deposits, interest rate swaps, currency swaps, FX trades, repos, etc.
• Participate in other projects as reasonably required by the business.
