Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Limerick is recruiting a Hybrid Initial 12 Month FTC Supply Planner. The role interfaces with production scheduling, procurement and customer service to create an integrated supply plan aligned to demand signals.

You will help develop a Master Resource Plan and capacity plans, ensure adequate inventory, and track plan execution while communicating risks and opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications

• Level 8 Degree in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain management.
• Minimum of 2 years in production, supply or demand planning.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of a Master Resource Plan covering what needs to be produced or purchased for a 24-month horizon.
• Develop capacity plans to identify bottlenecks and propose mitigations to meet future demand.
• Assist in scoping to limited products/segments and be coached into full supply planning.
• Work with Supply Planning manager to set appropriate inventory levels (safety stocks).
• Track the execution of the supply plan with scheduling and buying to address back orders.
• Communicate product portfolio status from a supply planning perspective to stakeholders.
• Maintain core master-data in the supply planning system to focus on real issues.
• Monitor KPIs: plan attainment, safety stock health, capacity utilization, back orders, lead time.
