Job summary

Amicus Search & Recruitment client in Dublin is seeking an experienced Structured Finance associate to join a growing team. You will advise on securitisation structures, including CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, and related products, with early client contact and responsibility.

You should have two years’ PQE at a top-tier firm in Ireland, the UK, or a major jurisdiction, with sharp drafting skills and a strong commercial instinct. The role offers hybrid working and a strong development focus.

Qualifications

• Two years’ PQE at a top-tier firm in Ireland, the UK or another major jurisdiction.
• Sharp drafting skills and a strong commercial instinct.

Responsibilities

• Advise on cash and synthetic CLOs, RMBS, CMBS and other securitisation structures.
• Manage standalone and multi-issuer repackaging programmes and structured products.
• Provide direct client contact and take ownership to see deals through from start to finish.
