Job summary

PetSafe Brands is seeking a QA / Automation Engineer to verify feature quality across its DTC eCommerce sites and to develop automated test scripts for web and API coverage. The role is hybrid (Tue–Thu in office) and collaborates with QA, product, and development teams to improve software quality and release readiness.

Responsibilities include manual regression testing, writing automation in Java with TestNG/Selenium, and Playwright-based API tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 1+ years of professional QA experience.
• Familiarity with Java testing frameworks and web automation tools.
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Verify features against acceptance criteria for web and mobile web.
• Write, execute, and maintain manual regression and functional tests.
• Document defects with steps and evidence.
• Perform test execution and exploratory testing across DTC eCommerce sites.
• Contribute to automation candidates and automate test suites.
• Communicate findings to developers and product managers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
